Developing Professional Conduct and Ethical Practices is a highly interactive ethics and professional conduct program that will help new licensees gain competency in handling real estate transactions. Participants will be actively involved in viable case studies, as well as group discussion regarding ethics issues. This is the required 6-hour pre-licensing course that must be taken along with the 90 hours of courses needed prior to sitting for the real estate exam.

(A current licensee can take this class for 6 hours of Continuing Education and it would be reported as course #3000R).

After studying this course, the student will be able to explain the basic principles of real estate financing and how the government influences mortgage lending. Students also will be able to discuss important trends in mortgage lending; describe various conventional and government loan programs; pre-qualify borrowers for conventional, FHA and VA loans; and calculate monthly mortgage payments. In addition, students will be able to describe special financing options for the self-employed and those with adverse credit.

Real Estate Practice Post-Licensing Course #7000 is a program designed to provide students with the basics of the real estate business.

Part 1 – Real Estate in Today’s Market (3 Hours)
Part 2 – Working with Sellers (3 Hours)
Part 3 – Working with Buyers (3 Hours)
Part 4 – Contract Considerations (3 Hours)

A current licensee can take this class for 12-hours of Continuing Education and it would be reported as Course #2000.
