Developing Professional Conduct and Ethical Practices is a highly interactive ethics and professional conduct program that will help new licensees gain competency in handling real estate transactions. Participants will be actively involved in viable case studies, as well as group discussion regarding ethics issues. This is the required 6-hour pre-licensing course that must be taken along with the 60 hours of courses needed prior to sitting for the real estate exam.
(A current licensee can take this class for 6 hours of Continuing Education and it would be reported as course #3000R).
