Developing Professional Conduct and Ethical Practices is a highly interactive ethics and professional conduct program that will help new licensees gain competency in handling real estate transactions. Participants will be actively involved in viable case studies, as well as group discussion regarding ethics issues. Participants will have a better understanding of Trust Account Laws, their importance, and knowing the consequences of non-compliance. Students will be able to define what a trust account is. They will also be able to articulate who has the responsibillity of setting up and maintaining the trust account in accordance with the rules and regulation of the Trust Account Manual. They will have a clear understanding of the importance of adhering to time lines when it comes to earnest monies, and following the checks and balanced in place to ensure the guidelines are met.
