Licensees will examine the principles and responsibilities of buyer agency and apply them to real-world representation scenarios. Participants will identify key duties owed to buyer clients, evaluate issues involving confidentiality, advocacy, and negotiation, and develop strategies for providing informed, client-focused representation. The course will strengthen learners' ability to explain buyer agency, protect client interests, and deliver a higher level of professional service.
